A GeoNode new version has been released during the Fall 2015 Code Sprint held in parallel in New Orleans, LA, USA (hosted by Boundless) and in Turin, Italy (hosted by ITHACA).
From the 2nd to the 4th of February, users and developers sat together to release the final GeoNode version 2.4. The GeoNode Developers' Summit was split in two sites, one hosted by CNR ISMAR in Venice (Italy) and one hosted by the U.S. Department of Energy in Washington, D.C.
GeoNode core developers and administrators met at the World Food Programme Headquarters in Rome, Italy, from April 15th to 17th for a 3 days Code Sprint.
ITHACA was among the partners who met at Harvard University last 6 and 7 February for the GeoNode summit. The summit gathered many of the major GeoNode partners together with the aim to share a development roadmap and commit resources to it.
